You may request a return within number days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping responsibility to be confirmed.
Configurable and made-to-order products
Because these are built to your specification, they can only be returned if they are faulty or not as ordered. Policy to be confirmed.
Damaged or faulty items
Contact us within number days with photos. We will repair, replace or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by method within number working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Project work
Cancellations and changes for projects are governed by the terms in your quotation.
